What the petition asks
Having had a nut allergy following the birth of my second child 21 years ago, it has become increasingly risking for me to eat out, sandwich,lipstick-make up-companies that I did use do not know their ingredients. They do not know what they are selling! How bizarre!
It is a life threatening allergy and my life and others are reliant on clear ingredients in products. Most products now have almond oil, argon oil etc. We need to safeguard adults as well as children. I cannot wash my hands when in public places or friends house especially when the has soap is in a dispenser. Please do not all a one fits all allergy- may contain nuts, this isn’t helpful and puts a greater risk life.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
You may wish to sign this petition which calls for a similar action: Allergy law should require PAL, cosmetic labeling and clear cosmetic ingredients
