Reinstate the closed section of the Central Line between Epping and Ongar

What the petition asks

I want the Goverment/Parliament to ask Transport for London/London Underground to look into the possibility to reinstating the closed section of the Central Line between Epping and Ongar. This link between the two towns was closed in 1994 by London Underground.
The tracks are still there from Epping tube station all the way to Ongar, and although heritage services run on the old line there is no physical connection to the Central Line at Epping. It wouldn’t cost too much to reinstate the link between the two towns. Also, get both Epping and Ongar councils on board, and hopefully they both will support the idea.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
