What the petition asks
EXEMPT RARE PRE 2000 MODERN CLASSIC CARS FROM THE ULEZ AND CLEAN AIR ZONES
Classic Car industry is a multi million pound industry making millions for companies up and down the UK which is now under long term threat from Clean Air Zones and ULEZ .
Future vintage cars may be scrapped and not saved for future Generations to enjoy and the industry would be under threat.
Some cars manufacturered pre2000 are now few in numbers and very rare and need protection .
The Government should allow owners of rare modern classics to apply for exemption based on DVLA data.
