Ensure provision of facilities for people who live in vans and motorhomes

What the petition asks
People who live in vans and motorhomes 'vanlifers' should have a legal right to access services such as drinking water, toilet stations and safe places to park. Over half a million people in the UK call a van or motorhome, their home, due to the cost of living crisis this could continue to grow.
We're often denied basic services such as access to drinking water and a safe place to sleep, people often see us a criminals first and humans second.
More support and services for 'vanlifers' could help stop human waste being dumped in lay-bys and fly tipping on farmland, keeping us away from town centres, and keeping small local communities and their roads safe
