Make legal aid available to all parents in child custody/access cases

What the petition asks
All parents who are being denied access to their children by the other parent should be given legal aid to pursue court action to seek access/shared child custody rights.
Many are denied contact by an ex-partner, even when there are no lawful reasons why there should not be contact.
There are many parents out there who do not have access to their children, and are being denied shared child access by ex-partners. The use of children as a weapon in separation wars is cruel to both the parent and children involved, but the only recourse is to take the matter through the Court system, which many people simply cannot afford, yet are ineligible for legal aid.
Making legal aid available in such cases, could also encourage ex partners to allow shared access.
