Clarify criteria for holding a border poll as per the Good Friday Agreement 1998

What the petition asks
The UK Government must clarify the criteria they will use to decide to hold a Border Poll as per their commitments in the Good Friday Agreement, an agreement overwhelmingly endorsed in democratic referendums by the people of Ireland, north and south.
To date the UK Government has failed to outline detailed criteria that they will use to decide when to hold a Border Poll. It is incumbent on UK Government to publish a criteria and to ensure that they fulfil their commitments in the Good Friday Agreement as co-signatories of this international agreement.
