Reduce foreign aid until cost of living crisis ends and NHS funding increases

What the petition asks
We want the UK Government to reduce foreign aid payments until the UK economy fully recovers, the cost of living crisis ends, and funding for the NHS has been increased.
The NHS is under immense pressure still, with extremely long waiting lists for appointments, treatment and beds resulting in too many patients not receiving the care they need. This has been made worse by the covid-19 Pandemic.
Plus, we are in a cost of living crisis, meaning many people are struggling to afford essential utilities and housing costs. The priority of this Government should be the UK economy and UK citizens, and we believe UK foreign aid should be reduced until the UK economy fully recovers, the cost of living crisis ends, and funding for the NHS has been increased to a level where it can adequately meet healthcare demand.
