Ban plastic netting around single food items.

It is understandable that plastic netting may be used to keep multiple food items together, but the netting on single items seems superfluous. There seems no purpose for doing such -- plastic netting provides no protection, and product information could be added in other ways. The purpose of a ban would be to remove this unnecessary use of plastic netting as an attempt to reduce the environmental costs of this plastic -- for example in production and in disposal.
