Stop the live export of animals from the UK

What the petition asks
We believe the exporting of live animals is inhumane, unnecessary and cruel and must be banned.
Animals are being transported for long journeys, with lack of access to food and water.
The government must step in and ban the practice of exporting live animals, who are often crammed in together. We believe this is barbaric and must be stopped, and that there is no need to transport live animals. They can be shipped as carcasses rather than alive. These animals can go through pain, suffering and untold fear.
