Ban the sale and use of pronged dog training collars in the UK

What the petition asks
Prevent the cruel dog training practices with these collars, pronged on the inside so that if a dog pulls a row of prongs dig into the dogs neck. I couldn't believe these collars are not illegal in the UK.
A small action that could prevent pain and suffering to man's best friend
