Make it compulsory for schools to first aid train all staff

What the petition asks
This could save lives in emergency situations, when immediate action is needed. If all staff are first aid trained, it should reduce time spent trying to find a first aider.
A non-first-aid trained teacher might be alone in a classroom full of children. If a child was to need first aid, the teacher would have to seek a first-aid trained teacher to administer first aid. This would take time and could mean a child doesn't receive first aid until it is too late.
