What the petition asks

Bring in laws against puppy farms , bring in paperwork for breeders and a ban on backyard breeding

The xl bully has had bad reputation recently for all the news around attacks , most of the attacks being caused by the owner not being able to control the dog or have it trained , most xls are big softies and want nothing but loving and wouldn’t hurt a fly

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
