Bring licences for people to own specific breeds of animals.
Compulsory vet appointments for vets to ensure animals are being nurtured.

I am passionate about animals & the well being of these.
Animals are like children, it’s the same science. A child needs love, attention, nurturing, rules etc. it’s the same with any type of dog - they need this type of care to grow into a loving family dog.
I want the government to do this because I feel that there currently is ‘let’s bypass the actual issue for an easier life’
