What the petition asks

I want them to bring back dog licences to own dogs, have mandatory dog classes that must be passed to own a dog, and hold the owner accontable for any attacks of dog on people or other dogs, stop banning the breeds.

Banning the breeds won't make a difference, other breeds will be used then no one will be able to have a dog. Bring the licences back to own a dog, then the owner can be held accountable for the actions of their dog, and then dogs don't need to keep being banned as it is the owners and not the breeds.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
