What the petition asks

Make it mandatory for every dog to wear a muzzle whilst out walking in public, instead of the police force trying to hunt down certain types of breeds.
This would stop all dog fights and any risk to humans.

This would be easier for the police force to monitor. Any dog without a muzzle would be fined.
