Don't require muzzles for XL Bullies - Not humane nor fair!

What the petition asks
By forcing an XL Bully to wear a muzzle, it rips everything from an innocent dog who’s caused no harm. It isn’t the breed it’s the owner. We don't believe a muzzle is going to help, if anything it could cause more problems.
