What the petition asks
Yesterday, the government announced a U-turn on its (e.g. delaying the ban on new diesel cars, delaying the move away from gas boilers). The government is considering further green policy abandonment.
The greatest threat facing our economy, and civilian’s financial and general wellbeing is the impact of climate change. We ask the government to prioritise these long-term needs and support the public to make this transition by reinstating the abandoned policies.
