Abolish the Blackwall Tunnel Toll

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

No Blackwall Tunnel toll.
Blackwall tunnel is vital crossing to the east of London and is over due for a new connection but with all the tax you take you give noting in return, you want us to pay to cross at blackwall to pay for a new crossing at Thamesmead; which was planned years ago and already cost us £125 million until boris cancelled it and we lost that investment.
Yes build us a bridge at Thamesmead but why the poorer end of London will have to suffer extra costs at Blackwall Tunnel is a Joke.

The rich west part of London has many crossings and pays nothing for them.
Dartford Bridge has also gone up to £2 which we were told would be free once paid for.

No toll at Blackwall tunnel!
Stop punishing the workers.
