Don't ban the use of mobile phones during break times

What the petition asks
The Government has said it will issue new guidance encouraging schools to ban mobile phone use throughout the school day, including at break times. We want the guidance to say that schools should allow students to use phones at break times.
We believe it is unfair and unnecessary for school children to be prevented from using their mobile phones at break time.
