What the petition asks

We needs government to stop this action as it's unfair change to use the Blackwell tunnel

Tens of thousands of people are going to be affecting in their daily commute to school , work & daily activity not only affecting residence also local businesses too
Why should working class people pay for something when it's all ready free since 1987

This is come around because the new tunnel which is being built called the silver tunnel which will be open in 2025

apparently new chargers will pay for this tunnel why developers or government not paying for this instead of the working class people of London
