Do not make Mathematics and English a requirement up to 18

What the petition asks

We think Maths and English should only be compulsory up to GCSE level, and not up to 18.
We believe forcing children to study Maths and English would not be a good decision. Many degrees and Post-18 choices do not require Maths or English. We are also concerned that students will struggle with the workload, which could affect their academic performance, and mental health.
