Do not introduce a new 'Advanced British Standard Qualification'

What the petition asks
We believe students should have the opportunity to study subjects they have chosen and have a passion for. Students should have the right to choose and decide their own future without being required to take subjects they do not necessarily enjoy.
We believe it is unfair for the Government to make choices about what students should study at college, including forcing young people to take Maths and English. The 'Advanced Brattish Standard Qualification' is taking away the rights of students to make their own decisions based on their own interests and ambitions. Maths and English may not be relevant to the degrees many students want to pursue.
