Stop plan to start toll charge at the Blackwall tunnel

my strong opposition to the proposed toll charges on Blackwall tunnel and to respectfully request that any plans for implementing such charges be immediately stopped I believe that imposing toll charges on Blackwall will have detrimental effects on the local community, commuters, and businesses.
