Remove parental responsibility from child sexual offenders and child abusers

The Government has committed to passing Jade's Law, so parents who kill a partner or ex-partner with whom they have children will automatically have their parental responsibility suspended upon sentencing. We would like to this to be extended to people guilty of child sexual offences or child abuse, to prevent offenders exercising parental rights either from jail or after release.

We believe the safety of all our children in the United Kingdom should be safe guarded by law from the moment offenders are found guilty,
