Go to arbitration with the unions to resolve NHS pay and conditions disputes

What the petition asks
NHS waiting lists are at a record high. 7.68 million people are waiting for treatment. We are always being told that we are one of the wealthiest nations in the world and yet we have a health service that does not reflect this.
Technological innovations and new medical treatments are useless without an appreciated and well trained staff to treat patients. They are the backbone of the NHS and without them, everything will crumble. Unions are willing to attend talks on pay and conditions but the Government is not and so strikes and disaffected staff are rapidly becoming the norm.
Prove that your intention is not to break up the NHS by stealth by entering into arbitration with the unions in good faith.
