Create a public register for bed bug complaints and treatments used

What the petition asks
The Government should create a public register of complaints of bed bugs and treatments used in social housing and care and nursing homes, to spur action against bed bugs.
We believe this will be a disincentive for those managing such accommodation from choosing ineffective options to treat bedbugs. We believe those suffering most from bedbugs have no recourse and that some vulnerable people are trapped in spaces infested with bedbugs to horror film levels. Many have no money or power to choose effective treatment. Make a publicly accessible register of complaints (to building or institutional level, not exact address) and treatment to spur those with the power to select effective treatment. Nobody deserves to be moved into these spaces.
