Ensure people who use surrogates are automatically put on the birth certificate

What the petition asks
Under the current system, the name of the surrogate is listed on the child's birth certificate and this is changed later by the new parent(s).
We believe that intended parents should be put on the birth certificate as soon as a child is born by surrogate.
