Reform the Mental Health Act to restrict detention powers
1. People can't be forcibly detained for their mental health.
2. People can only be detained voluntarily for a maximum of a week whilst help in the community is arranged.
I'm concerned about the wellbeing of people being held due to their mental health involuntarily or for long periods of time.
