Create a dedicated 'Minister for Men'.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Create the position of a Minister for Men within the House of Commons and the Cabinet, in order to provide a fair representation for men and boys at Government level.
Like Women and Girls, Men and Boys are experiencing many issues and disadvantages in the UK specific to their gender.

Suicide, Homelessness, Mental Health, Parental Rights, Education, Unemployment, Domestic, Abuse, Imprisonment, Addiction, Health, Workplace Safety.

The 2010 Equality Act should promote equality and address disadvantages certain groups face. But unfortunately, men’s issues are excluded from equalities debates.

A Minister for Men would ensure appropriate representation.
