What the petition asks

.Ban the sale and use of general sale fireworks that aren't low noise.It’s beneficial for those with PTSD and animals that are scared of them,it reduces the harm that fireworks can cause to people and animals through the loud noise.
.Make sellers of fireworks and buyers be tracked for sales and use.Tracking sellers and buyers via name,age,location,intended use etc (verified via id provided and signature)will help locate any misuse of fireworks to wildlife,people, property and lead to prosecution.
. Reducing the sales to public will increase public display attendance and the harm that fireworks can bring in general.
.Set time frames of when they can go off to reduce the distress fireworks can cause for prolonged periods
