Keep rapists in prison

Judges have been told not to jail rapists as prisons are full. This makes no sense. People do not asked to be raped. People do, however, ask for drugs. Criminals convicted of victimless crimes are the ones who should not be imprisoned until more prisons are made. Rapists should be imprisoned.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action that the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.

Decisions about the timing of sentencing for convicted criminals are a matter for the courts, not the UK Government or Parliament.
