Allow civilians a vote of no confidence in the government or a minister
Closed
155 signatures
What the petition asks
Change the law so that civilians can initiate and participate in a vote of no confidence in the administration or against a specific minister. If the vote is successful, this would trigger a general election or the replacement of a minister.
We need to be able to trust and have faith in our leaders and spokespeople in parliament. We believe this would help stop ministers and administrations breaking promises made during elections!
