What the petition asks

Make it law that all dogs must have bite insurance.
Make it law that ALL dogs must be leashed and muzzled when out in public.
Stop blaming the wrong end of the lead, bad owners/ uneducated owners make bad behaved dogs.

One breed or breed type should not been put under scrutiny when other breeds have a higher bite/attack statistic than bully breeds and or large dog breeds.
Stereotyping a particular breed it wrong and over years and years it's been proven not to change the amount of bites/ attacks.
Any breed is capable of causing damage regardless of size.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
