To ban the use of fireworks after 10pm

What the petition asks
To enforce a new law that prohibits the use of fireworks after 10pm.
Fireworks are released throughout the year, and although they are fun to watch, they are disruptive and cause fear amongst animals and wildlife.
Babies and young children are kept awake by loud fireworks, as well as people who have to wake up early to go to work.
Pets are commonly found terrified, shaking and too scared to go into their own gardens.
We believe 10pm is a reasonable time to stop fireworks, and that everyone can happily and safely continue their routines after this time.
