Only allow noiseless fireworks to be sold to general public

What the petition asks
I would like the government to take action to ask the manufacturer's of fireworks for general sale to the public to be noiseless. They are already available to buy in Asda so if it could be made a blanket approach which is much easier to monitor
when fireworks are available to general public they are on sale for weeks before November 5th celebrations and for weeks after. The loud bangs do not only upset dogs but individuals with sensory issues and can make them extremely distressed even within the confines of their own homes.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
