What the petition asks
Parliament to ban the sale of noisy fireworks and introduce a law that all fireworks must be soundless
The impact of fireworks going off in this country has such a broad impact. Those impacted are PTSD, war veterans, those with assistance dogs, wildlife and the environment. Fireworks loose legislation allows them every day of the year in the UK are not inclusive and out of date in a modern society that respects the different needs of members of its society. The stress it causes animals who have lost lives due to the loud repetitive noise leaving distraught owners dealing with the aftermath.
Why it was rejected
