What the petition asks

I would like the government to compensate responsible dog owners of an XL bully type towards the costs of neutering and micro chipping, their beloved dogs NOT compensation euthanasia

Help the general public who own American XL bullies with costs or vouchers towards the micro chipping and neutering or spaying so they can comply with the exemption process
