What the petition asks

When you hit a cat you have to report it to a local vet.

I have lost two cats to the road now, i live next to jcb headquarters with the workers coming out and using the back lanes to get out quicker. This has led to 2 of my pets and multiple people i know to have lost their animals.It needs to stop, and it needs to be a legal issue that you have to inform a vet.
