Introduce mandatory regulation for non-medic aesthetic practitioners
Closed

What the petition asks
To be included in the regulation should be a mandatory register with PIN. Practitioners must meet minimum training requirements, provide proof of insurance, operate from licensed premises, hold a personal licence and abide by a code of conduct.
We require parliament to assist us in protecting the public. They can achieve this through creating and maintaining a register of aesthetic practitioners, through setting and monitoring standards of education, practice and conduct, and through handling complaints about misconduct and unfitness to practise of those on the register.
