What the petition asks
I want the government to restart the process of passing the Desecration of War Memorials Bill.
Our war memorials are key elements of our national heritage and remembrance. They are increasingly under threat and our police forces claim they do not have the powers to prevent their desecration. Passing the Desecration of War Memorials Bill would enable that.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
