Take action to ensure UK employment law applies to all UK employees

What the petition asks
We want the UK Government to take whatever action is necessary to ensure UK employment law applies to anyone employed in the UK, irrespective of whether the employer is a sovereign / foreign state / employer.
Despite UK employment law protecting, and giving UK employees the right to have their case heard at an Employment Tribunal, a sovereign state employer can claim state immunity and the Court must dismiss the employee's case without determining its merits, as the Court has no jurisdiction upon a sovereign state - leaving the employee unprotected. We want the Government to take whatever action is necessary to ensure UK employment law applies to anyone employed in the UK, irrespective of whether the employer is a sovereign / foreign state / employer.
