Revise the Broads Act.

What the petition asks
The Broads Authority should be reformed to become established through democracy by Norfolk Broads toll payers.
Stop the B.A. from being an unelected/undemocratic organisation.
Make the B.A. a fully regulated system accountable to the Crown.
Eradicate the current toll system which is wholly unethical & replace it with a pro-rata system whereby a full year's tolls is required but is valid for one single year whenever it is purchased.
Finally, establish rights for law abiding residential boaters who are able to live on their vessel free from oppression from the B.A. unrealistic liveaboard policies.
