Set Car Insurance Premium Caps
Rejected
12 signatures
What the petition asks
There should be a maximum insurance premium that can be charged for certain age group's ie. 18-20 year olds, on the most common and frequently insured cars.
Insurance premiums are become increasingly extortionate and in some cases are costing more than the cars are actually worth. This is unfair and unjust, especially for new drivers wanting to get their first car. This could be a contributing factor as to the number of motor offences committed annually especially in relation to to insurance.
