Request for Urgent Action Regarding Flood Response Measures In Retford

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I am writing to express significant concern regarding the recent flooding events that have impacted the Retford areas.
Despite the severity of these incidents, which occurred a few months ago and resulted in extensive flooding, it appears that insufficient measures have been taken to mitigate the situation. The lack of a sufficient response to these past events is deeply troubling, and I urge you to take immediate action to address this matter. It is imperative that we implement effective flood defense strategies to prevent such occurrences in the future, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residences
