Un ban XL bully’s ( XL bulldogs)

I think personally we should Un ban this breed as it’s the owner not the dog why are we taking it out on the dogs and not the owners it’s how the dog is raised not how it’s stereotyped! All dogs can attack and look violent not just one breed it’s how they are brought up it’s not the dogs fault it’s the owners you can put bling on any dog but does that make them look viscous they are looking at it from the wrong end of the stick and we need to do something about it because the majority of the dogs are not violent or viscous
