What the petition asks
As the governing body of English Football the Football Association must be held to account for its terrible implementation of V.A.R. technology. As it's the NATIONAL game this is a parliamentary issue. As Football ownership has been recently. As its damaging an important industry and cultural asset.
Since the implementation of V.A.R. technology at the highest levels of our National game. Damage has been done to it as an English institution with supporters, players and managers feeling it has ruined the match day experience and changed the game beyond its original mandate. This was done in conjunction with other international footballing bodies. But has been implemented in English football so badly that it threatens to damage an important industry as well as the game permanently.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is a matter for the footballing authorities.
