What the petition asks

Review their potential ban of the xl bully breed in Scotland, consider stricter sentencing on back door breeders and dangerous dog OWNERS, why should dogs die and be banned because of bad breeders and owners!
Dogs are trained by owners, therefore owners are held responsible for their dogs actions, RETHINK THE BAN!!!

Why it was rejected
