Nominate Alan Bates for the CBE award returned by Paula Fenells.

What the petition asks
Award a CBE award to Alan Bates for the fantastic work he has done in highlighting the failings in the British judicial system and presenting the UK Goverment an opportunity to put things right.
Goverment or Parliment are the only bodies that can award the CBE and they are the ones that should be taking a lead in thanking Mr Bates for giving them an opportunity to consider all the evidence to hand and more importantly an opportunity to investigate the actions of individuals who have brought the judcial system and Goverment in to disrepute.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
The Government will only accept individual nominations, not petitions, so we can’t publish your petition.
