Ban 'fact checking' by social media companies

What the petition asks
We want social media companies to stop 'fact checking' social media posts. We believe fact checking by social media companies can be used to police what people read and watch based on political opinion, and not facts.
Science after all is the discovery of the way the world works but often the evidence uncovered by scientific research does not directly lead to any definitive conclusions or the establishment of any absolute law or fact.
We think fact checking has no place on social media, and want the Government to force social media companies to remove 'fact checking' in the UK.
