Require daily check-ins on children when social services are supervising family

What the petition asks
We would like the Government to change the way child services operate in checking in with families that are under their supervision.
We would like the Government to require child social services to conduct daily check-ins on children they are monitoring the welfare of. This could be done via an app or the use of automated text messages.
